Roger
Ridsdill-Smith worked for four years in Paris before
joining Ove Arup & Partners where he is an Associate
Director. He was joint winner of the Institution of
Structural Engineers 1994 Design Competition for Young
Engineers, and nominated as one of Building Magazine’s
‘Forty under Forty’ most promising construction
professionals in July 2000, Roger has worked on a range
of high profile structures in the United Kingdom, France,
Spain and Germany.
Michael
Willford joined Ove Arup and Partners in 1975, and has
worked on the design of many major building, industrial
and offshore projects. He is a specialist in the mitigation
of structural vibration and now the Director of Arup’s
Advanced Technology Group team working in structural
dynamics, seismic and wind engineering in London and
San Francisco.
