NOTE : |
Prof.
Tim Broyd is a chartered European engineer by profession
and is Research & Innovation Director at WS Atkins
plc and a Director of WS Atkins Consultants Limited. Tim
is responsible for the development and uptake of new technologies
germane to the core business interests of this multi-disciplinary
consultancy organisation. External activities currently
include Chairman of ConstructIT, Chairman of the CRISP
Futures Group, and Chairman of the Management Board for
the National Centre for Virtual Reality in the Built Environment,
University College, London. In January 2000, Tim was appointed
a Visiting Industrial Professor to the Department of Construction
Management and Engineering at the University of Reading.
